We use S&P rated investment grade stocks and bonds as collateral. Sometimes a Political Risk, or Soverign Debt insurance policy may be needed. We can arrange for the policy to be placed.

We can actually "Refinance" Governments or qualifying Developing Economies, by either purchasing existing Sovereign Debt, or working with the Government to purchase new issues of medium to long term Sovereign Debt.

All loan programs involve collateral in one form or another: real estate, equipment, inventory, precious stones and metals etc.

Our market niche is finance in excess of $20,000,000 USD. However, on a case by case basis we will consider loans in the range of $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 USD.

A Bank Guarantee may be required from the country's Central Bank, or from a bank with an USA affiliate, in the case of infra structure loans.
